I am not a computer person.

I am an entrepreneur and business professional with 30+ years of real-world experience who taught himself AI and now teaches others the same way I learned.

WHERE THIS STARTED

I Got Frustrating AI Results. Then I Figured Out Why.

Like everyone else, I started using AI and got generic, watered-down output. I assumed I was doing something wrong. I kept trying different prompts and kept getting the same mediocre results.

So I stopped and figured it out. The problem was not the tool. It was how I was briefing it. AI gives you generic output when you give it generic instructions. I was placing a fast food order and expecting fine dining.

Once I understood that, everything changed. I developed a three-pass refinement system called the PRR methodology. That is what I use every day and teach in my book AI for Real Work.

I started teaching because the explanation I needed did not exist. Plain English, written by a business person for business people. So I wrote it.
